At Valley and Peak, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion finds, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on all unworn items with original tags. Whether the fit isn't quite right or you've changed your mind, our streamlined process ensures a hassle-free experience.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn garments with original tags attached into the original shipping bag or a secure box.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will notify you once your refund is processed.
